About Us

Sviluppo Investimenti Territorio S.r.l. is a regionally-backed company subject to the direction and coordination of Finpiemonte Partecipazioni S.p.A., Unione Industriale di Torino and Confindustria Piemonte. It was established in 2008 as a result of the corporate reorganisation of the Finpiemonte Partecipazioni Group and the merger by integration of SO.P.R.IN S.p.A. and S.IN.AT.EC. S.p.A.

The establishment of Sviluppo Investimenti Territorio S.r.l. was driven by the need to operate within the framework of Regional Planning, in line with the territorial and economic planning policies of the Local Authorities system.
