Sviluppo Investimenti Territorio S.r.l., a regional company subject to the direction and coordination of Finpiemonte Partecipazioni S.p.A., Unione Industriale di Torino, and Confindustria Piemonte, was established in 2008 as part of the corporate reorganization process of the Finpiemonte Partecipazioni Group and following the merger by incorporation of SO.P.R.IN S.p.A. and S.IN.AT.EC. S.p.A.
